- the overtaking of this delay does not give right to damages

- in case of non-delivery due to the carrier, Husbands agrees to reship all or part of the order within the limits of its general conditions of sale

- the customer must verify the compliance and condition of the items delivered at the time of delivery and before signing the delivery order of the carrier. this verification is considered done when the customer or a person authorized by the latter has signed the delivery order. if at the time of receipt, the customer notes an anomaly on the packaging, it is torn or damaged, it must check the condition of the products

- the information requested from the customer is necessary to the treatment of its order and could be communicated to the contractual partners of the company NICK GAB & SONS intervening within the framework of the execution of this order

TAXES

in the event of delivery apart from Metropolitan France and European countries, administrative expenses and/or of customs can be applied by the transporter. All orders are shipped on a DAP (duty and tax at delivery) basis. Therefore, the customs duty on delivery of the order is applied to the customers.
