The company NICK GAB & SONS (hereafter "Husbands"), operating under the Husbands brand, offers for sale high-end ready-to-wear items and accessories on its website www.husbands-paris-archives.com.

In order to offer for sale, sell and deliver its products, Husbands collects personal data from users of its website, and from its Customers during purchases made in its physical points of sale.

The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform users of the means used to collect, consult, process and store users' personal data.

Husbands, as data controller, undertakes to comply with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data.

2. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Husbands collects personal data from users on the www.husbands-paris-archives.com Website and when making purchases at the Husbands Store.

3. PURPOSES OF COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

7. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The data are kept for a period not exceeding the time necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, namely :

To manage your subscription to our newsletter: we keep the data for as long as your subscription is active. As soon as we receive your request to unsubscribe, we proceed to the deletion of your data for the sending of newsletters,
For orders of Husbands products: we keep the data collected for the purposes of fulfilling your order, then for the time necessary to establish proof of a right or contract; this data may be archived in accordance with the provisions of the Commercial Code relating to the retention period of books and documents created in the course of business activities and the Consumer Code relating to the retention of contracts concluded electronically,
For the management of your customer account: we keep the data collected for the purposes of managing your account, then for a period of 10 years,
For lead management (user has never purchased a Husbands product but is interested in the brand): 3 years from the last contact with the prospect,
For geolocation data: 2 months,
For the data related to the conversations generated on the online chat: 1 year,
If cookies are placed on your computer: 13 months.
Nevertheless, the data may be archived beyond the periods provided for the purposes of research, observation, and prosecution of criminal offences for the sole purpose of allowing, as needed, the provision of such data to the judicial authority.

Archiving implies that these data will be anonymized and will no longer be available online but will be extracted and stored on an autonomous and secure medium.

 

8. SECURITY MEASURES FOR THE PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

As part of the creation of your "My Husbands Account", the entry of a password that is personal to you is mandatory and is part of our Policy. This password must consist of at least 12 characters and 4 different types: lower case, upper case, numbers and special characters.

However, Husbands does not control all of the risks associated with the operation of the Internet and draws the attention of Internet users to the existence of possible risks inherent in its use and operation.

Husbands does not have access to customer payment data. However, the user can choose to save the data of his or her credit card in the Customer Account.
