EXCHANGE POLICY
to process an exchange, the client must first contact our support through contact page
the client can exchange his article for the same article in a different size if available or for an article of the same price or higher price
the client cannot exchange with an article at lower price than the actual article
the client must first return the product
once the item is recovered (under the conditions of returns), we ship the exchanged item
the exchange costs (return costs + second shipment costs) are charged to the client by default as a standard shipment
